I started my journey in counseling in 2000, working on a psychiatric in-patient unit at St. Mary’s Hospital in Maryland. I received my Master of Science in counseling from Johns Hopkins University in 2010 where I was inducted into the Lamda chapter of Chi Sigma Iota counseling honor society. Since 2011 I have been working in outpatient settings as a substance abuse and mental health counselor and in 2013 obtained the Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), the National Counselor Certification (NCC) from the National Board for Certified Counselors, and Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH). Currently I am serving adults utilizing a person-centered approach to teach dialectic behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

Single 45-minute session- $50

4 45-minute sessions (package)- $45 each, total cost $180
