II am a 57 yr old for Pro Wrestler & Athlete .  In 2014 ,  I was rear-ended in a car accident which led to substantial surgeries on my back & neck .  For 7 years , I lived in pain & Physical Therapy Offices , still not being able to do simple everyday tasks as put my socks & shoes on .  In February of 2022 , I started seeing Mike @ Fight to be Fit Athletics , and I am PROUD to say after 90 days , I was putting my own socks & shoes on . I can now stand Upright and touch my toes , again , something I haven't been able to do in 7 years and tons of therapy .
